This Public Offer is an official proposal of ФОП БОНДАР ЮЛІЯ ВІТАЛІЇВНА
(hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) to enter into an agreement for the provision
of services for the organization and booking of transfers and passenger transportation
within Ukraine and abroad under the terms set forth in this document.
This document constitutes a public contract in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642
of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Acceptance of the terms of this offer shall be deemed to be
the placement of an order and/or payment for the services.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Contractor provides services for the organization and booking of individual
transfers, intercity and international passenger transportation.
The services may include:
- international transfers Ukraine — Europe;
- intercity transportation;
- transfers to and from airports, railway stations and other destinations;
- individual trips with a driver;
- corporate transportation.
1.2. The services are provided on the basis of a prior booking made
through the website, by telephone, messengers or any other available method.
2. ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE
2.1. To book a transfer, the Customer provides the following information:
- name and contact telephone number;
- travel route (place of departure and destination);
- date and time of the trip;
- number of passengers;
- information about luggage and additional requests.
2.2. After receiving the request, the Contractor clarifies the details of the trip,
confirms the possibility of fulfilling the order and informs the Customer of the service cost.
3. SERVICE COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
3.1. The cost of services is determined individually and depends on the route,
distance, number of passengers, vehicle class and additional travel conditions.
3.2. The final cost is communicated to the Customer before the booking is confirmed.
3.3. Payment is made by a method agreed upon between the Customer and the Contractor.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The Contractor shall:
- organize the provision of services in accordance with the agreed terms;
- provide information regarding the details of the trip;
- inform the Customer of significant changes.
4.2. The Contractor has the right to:
- request information necessary to fulfill the order;
- engage partners to provide transportation services;
- refuse to fulfill an order in cases provided for by law.
4.3. The Customer shall:
- provide accurate information;
- make timely payment for the services;
- notify the Contractor of any changes to the order.
5. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER
5.1. The Customer has the right to modify or cancel an order
by notifying the Contractor in advance.
5.2. The terms of refund or rescheduling of the trip are determined
individually depending on the time of notification and the circumstances.
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The parties shall be liable in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. The Contractor shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances
beyond its control, including weather conditions, road conditions,
operation of border crossing points, actions of government authorities or other force majeure circumstances.
7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The Customer gives consent to the processing of personal data
necessary for placing and fulfilling the order.
7.2. Personal data is used exclusively for organizing the transfer,
communicating with the Customer and fulfilling contractual obligations.
8. OTHER TERMS
8.1. This Public Offer shall be effective from the moment of its publication on the website.
8.2. The Contractor has the right to make changes to the terms of the offer without prior
notice, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
8.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached,
in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
